Subject: Jerusalem B Virus
Date: September 28, 1990

PROBLEM: We had a customer that was running NetWare 386 and all of a
sudden the file server utilization went to 100% and no one
on the workstations were able to do anything on the file
server. The file server created a spooler directory in the
SYS: system directory and was dumping file after file into
the directory. All they could do was down the file server
and shut it off.
SOLUTION: They found that the file server had been contaminated with
the Jerusalem B virus and once it was cleaned off the file
server, everything was fine.
